Congrats to Josh Chafetz for this achievement. Unfortunately, while Mr. Chafetz is qualified to publish a book with the Yale University Press, he is completely unqualified to publish an article in the Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice or the Campbell Law Review.
