University of Hawaii: "We're a Top 170 Law School!"

Does anyone else find this press release a bit odd?

Aside from boasting about being ranked on this list, I wonder how USWR came up with the idea of ranking 170 law schools, as opposed to 100, 150, or 200, or any particular number for that matter.
