And if you (really) have to, steal it. It's Jan Crawford Greenburg's Supreme Conflict, and only having read the first third I must con-kerr with Orin Kerr that it's really really, I mean just fascinatingly, good. The chapter on Justice Souter (and that's all I've read through so far) is particularly filled with intrigue.
